1/2 day meeting package with refreshments for a min. of 20 pax.

- 75 classroom

Price:
- NZD20.00 per person per day 20-50pax*
- NZD15.00 per person per day 51-100pax*
- NZD12.00 per person per day 101-130pax*
- All prices are excluding GST
Includes:
- Use of meeting room(s) between 6.am to 12pm , 12pm to 6pm or 6pm to midnight .
- Welcome coffee and tea
- One coffee and tea break with light refreshments
- Mints served on meeting tables – Boardroom only
- Meeting equipment will be provided for all rooms:
- One flipchart
- One whiteboard
- One projection Screen**
- One presenters' table for up to 4 pax
- One speakers table with water jug & tray, iced water & glasses
- One signage stand
- One registration table
- One house lectern or one lectern with mic (for 50 pax & above only)
**For AV Data Projector, an additional cost $250 + gst will apply.
For classroom style and boardroom style, iced water will be provided for every 4 people and each delegate will be provided with:
- One blotter pad
- One pen
- One A5 memo pad
- One glass
*Public Liability Insurance
All parties hiring any facility managed by NCC ( New Zealand ) Ltd are required to be covered by public liability insurance. We require a copy of your “Certificate of Currency” for this policy signed by the insurance company, confirming your cover. If you do not have this cover, we can offer you short-term extension of our own insurance cover through our brokers Willis Corroon Ltd at a very competitive rate. The premium needs to be paid in advance of the commencement of the event. A declaration must also be completed in advance with the hirer being responsible for ensuring that the declaration remains accurate throughout the duration of the event.
$1 000 000 limit of indemnity $25.50 + GST per half/full day
Prices are fixed from 1 July 2005 to 31 December 2005 then subject to review. All bookings are subject to availability of space.
