Deposit Requirement
To confirm your event, you will be required to sign a Venue Licence Agreement, Public Liability Insurance Form and provide a non refundable deposit of $250.00. Final numbers and menu requirements are required fourteen days prior to the event.
Public Liability Insurance
All parties hiring any facility managed by NCC (New Zealand) Ltd are required to be covered by public liability insurance. We can offer you short-term extension of our own insurance cover through our brokers at a very competitive rate.
